Website and publication reporting can include visits, delivery, email opens, link clicks, and subscription activity. Email applications and privacy features may limit or alter those measurements.

Technology supports page delivery, requested subscription or account functions, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting. A particular service may need its own technology when you use it. This description does not classify every platform request or cookie as strictly necessary.

Usage and Publication Measurement

Beehiiv provides website and publication reporting. Its platform may process technical and interaction information for measurement, diagnostics, and other purposes explained in the Beehiiv Privacy Policy. Tony Smith Coaching also uses Google Analytics 4 for website measurement and Meta Pixel for visit and campaign measurement.

External Platforms and Optional Integrations

Following a Calendly, Google, or social-platform link takes you to a service with its own technology and privacy choices. The provider notices below explain those services. Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel are active publisher-added integrations on this website and are separate from Beehiiv's platform reporting.

The site's cookie banner provides choices for optional cookies. Browser and provider controls may also be available. These controls have different scopes, and blocking cookies does not necessarily block every server or network request.

Your Choices

  • On a first visit, use the cookie banner to accept cookies, customize your choice, or decline optional cookies.
  • Your browser can usually show, remove, or restrict cookies and site storage. Check its privacy settings; restrictions can affect requested features.
  • Your email application may let you limit automatic loading of remote images or other message content.
  • You can unsubscribe from Your Story Matters using the link in a newsletter email. This is separate from browser storage settings.

A provider's controls or policy do not replace Tony Smith Coaching's own obligations. A provider may process information both for a publisher and for separate purposes described in its notice.

Duration

Some browser records expire at the end of a session; others remain until their configured expiry, deletion, or a browser-imposed limit. Durations depend on the particular technology and provider. Clearing a browser record does not automatically delete information already received by a service.

Browser Privacy Signals

Browser settings, signals such as Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, and individual provider controls have different functions. This Policy does not promise that every signal blocks all tracking. For a privacy question or request, use the Contact page; nothing in this notice limits rights provided by applicable law.
