These Terms describe use of the Tony Smith Coaching website and Your Story Matters publication. They cover general website information and interactions; a particular coaching service may have its own terms provided before you agree to that service.

Coaching and Informational Scope

The website shares coaching information and reflections on change, resilience, and transition. Coaching and general website content are not medical or mental-health treatment, crisis support, or legal, tax, or financial advice. They do not replace advice from an appropriately qualified professional.

Results depend on individual circumstances and participation; no particular outcome is guaranteed. Reading the website, subscribing, or sending an inquiry does not by itself establish a coaching relationship.

Eligibility

This website and publication are intended for adults. Beehiiv's platform policies restrict use by people under 18. You must have the legal capacity and any necessary authority to enter an agreement for a service. These Terms do not establish an offer of services to children.

Booking

Website appointment links use Calendly. Review the description, availability, time zone, duration, and any confirmation instructions for the selected appointment. A general description on this website does not reserve a time or guarantee availability.

Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

Any fees, payment schedule, cancellation, rescheduling, no-show, or refund conditions for a paid service should be supplied for that particular service before you commit or pay. Review the applicable offer and agreement, and ask for clarification if a term is missing or unclear.

These general website Terms do not impose a universal cancellation deadline, automatic renewal, no-show fee, or non-refundable-payment rule. They do not change terms already agreed for a particular service or take away cancellation, refund, or other rights provided by applicable law.

You can request Your Story Matters using the signup form and follow any confirmation instructions provided. You can unsubscribe through the link in newsletter emails. Subscribing to the publication does not by itself purchase coaching or authorize a recurring charge.

Contact Submissions

Provide information you have the right to share and only what is needed for the inquiry. Do not send confidential records or payment details through the general Contact form. Information handling is described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable Use

Do not use the website to harass, deceive, infringe another person's rights, send unsolicited promotional material, distribute malicious code, interfere with security, or attempt unauthorized access. Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to address misuse or protect the service, subject to applicable law and any separate agreement.

Intellectual Property

Website and publication materials may be protected by copyright and other rights belonging to their respective owners. You may share ordinary links to public pages. Copying, adapting, republishing, or commercially using protected material requires the relevant permission or an applicable legal exception. These Terms do not claim ownership of material you submit or grant an unrestricted right to reuse it.

Third-Party Services

Independent providers control their own services and policies. We do not guarantee their uninterrupted availability, but this does not exclude any responsibility or remedy that applicable law places on Tony Smith Coaching.

Availability and Changes

Website information, features, and appointment availability may change or contain errors. Please check important details before acting on them. A website update does not by itself alter a service already agreed with you.

Disclaimer and Limitation

General website content is provided for information and reflection, not as a promise of a specific result or a substitute for individual professional advice. Access may be interrupted for technical or other reasons.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights, remedies, warranties, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Obligations for a coaching service remain subject to the applicable agreement and law. These Terms do not require arbitration, select a dispute venue, or impose a fixed liability cap.

Changes to These Terms

Updated Terms will be posted with a revised date. Any material change will receive additional notice where required by applicable law. Changes will not retroactively remove rights or override an existing service agreement.
